At Green Roots we firmly believe in creating a positive and enabling environment in which children can flourish. Part of this is ensuring that we have clear policies in place that set out our approach in all key areas. These policies are not just pieces of paper – they are the approach that we model and that we expect our team members and visitors to follow. These policies are renewed at regular intervals and in response to changes that we make.
